Witness description:
\I was driving on the 5 North after work and I saw a bright light in the distant sky it was hazy-ish sky conditions, so it was hard to see super clearly. But at first I thought oh that’s just the reflecting light off of an airplane. But I knew it wasn’t that because it was a stationary light that seemed to become visible and invisible again every couple five minutes. I thought because I was driving well maybe it’s just the perspective of my moving car and the hazy visibility that’s confusing my mind. But then the more I watched, the more it stayed in the same area.\
